  As consultants, trainers, facilitators, and strategists we maintain independence from any and all methods, solutions and third parties. We approach every assignment with an open and curious mind.  We respect you and your business challenges too much to force fit you into a one-size-fits-all approach.

  All of our engagements are directly supervised by our founder and Managing Director, Steven Rauschkolb.  We don't believe in competing for your business with our most experienced consultants, then turning the project over to less experienced, junior associates.  We only provide advice in areas in which we have proven expertise.
